4. How to Opt Out

You can stop receiving text messages (SMS or RCS) from Shopii at any time by replying STOP.

We will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send no further text messages to that number. Notices about your account, orders, or security may still reach you by email. To start receiving text messages again, reply START.

When you create a Shopii account, you may choose to provide your mobile phone number and to tick the checkbox for each type of text message you want to receive. The checkboxes are not ticked by default, and creating an account does not require ticking either one.

We keep a record of each consent: the account and mobile number that gave it, the brand it was given to, the date and time, the exact wording shown, the page where it was given, and the IP address and browser used.
